HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Sophee Carol Lowe is an ARH Mountain Student Achiever.
Lowe is a senior at Pike County Central High School, where she has a 3.9 GPA.
She is a member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club.
Lowe is also a cheerleader for the varsity squad.
