HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Hallie Hooker is an ARH Mountain Student Achiever.
She is a senior at Clay County High School where she has a 4.5 GPA.
Hooker has served as the president of the school’s FCCLA chapter for two years and is a member of the Lady Tiger golf team.
