PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Lincoln Biliter is an ARH Mountain Student Achiever.
He is a senior at Shelby Valley High School where he has a 4.0 GPA.
Lincoln is a member of the National Honors Society and a three-year member of the football team. He is also a captain of the football team.
