UK shows near-complete Kroger Field surface

(WYMT) - Spring football may be over in Lexington, but it’ll be gameday before we know it.
For the first time in seven years, the Kentucky Wildcats will be playing on a new surface at Kroger Field. The university tweeted a photo of the progress as turf installation is nearing completion.
The Wildcats open up the season against Ball State on Sept. 2.
