HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Tuesday’s ARH Mountain Student Achiever was Andy T. Fields.
Andy was a senior at Jenkins Middle High School and graduated with a 3.85 GPA.
Andy was inducted into the National Honor Society, finished in the top 10% of his class and is OSHA certified.
