HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - It was a beautiful day for a festival in downtown Harlan on Friday for the second day of the 2021 Poke Sallet Festival. Some folks came out and said hi and gave their best shot at forecasting the weather for a warm and sunny weekend.
