No. 24 Kentucky beats Missouri 64-62 to snap two-game losing streak

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - Makayla Epps led three Kentucky Wildcats in double figures with 17 points as the 24th-ranked UK women beat Missouri 64-62 to snap a two-game losing streak.

Maci Morris and Evelyn Akhator joined Epps in double digits with 11 and 14 points, respectively.

The win is the first win in conference play for Kentucky, who lost its SEC opener on Sunday to Tennessee, 72-65.

Kentucky returns to action on Sunday, January 8th at 2:00 p.m. when it hosts Texas A&M.
