FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT/WSAZ) – A woman is facing drug trafficking charges after a traffic stop in Floyd County.
Deputies with the Floyd County Sheriff's Department say the arrest happened around 5:30 on Monday afternoon. They say callers called and complained about illegal drugs being sold out of a light green Hyundai Elantra on Dodson Branch.
A K-9 unit helped lead deputies to six grams of crystal meth, digital scales and more than 100 plastic baggies.
Keisha Robinson, 28, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Robinson was taken to the Floyd County Jail.
