(WYMT) - Highs reach into the 50s under partly sunny conditions. Scattered rain will be the case for the rest of the week.
It's a chilly morning across the mountains with temperatures in the lower 40s and upper 30s. Clouds gradually filter out and highs reach into the lower 50s. Overnight, temperatures venture back into the upper 30s under a mostly clear sky.
Most of Wednesday will be dry during the day, but rain begins to develop later in the afternoon. The majority of the rain looks to move through during the evening and overnight as a cold front edges in. Lows drop to the mid 40s.
A few morning showers linger Thursday as the front exits the region. Highs make it to the mid 50s. Friday will be even warmer with highs around 60°. Most of Friday looks dry at this point, but another front won't be too far away from the mountains. A cold front moves in late Friday night and early Saturday morning.
Saturday looks fairly soggy as the front moves through. Temperatures top out around 55° before dropping near freezing overnight. At this point, most of the rain ends Saturday night.
